PRIVACY POLICY

1. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

“Personal data” or “personal information” means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed—for example, anonymous data.

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you to provide you with or in connection with the Services. Such personal data includes:

1. Identity Data – first and last name, username or similar identifiers, gender, title, passwords, purchases or orders of or through our Services, feedback, survey responses, etc.

3. Transaction Data – details about payments to and from you and details of the services you have purchased.
4. Financial Data – details of financial products availed via the Platform, bank account information, payment methods, and card details.
   Note: Keep this section only if your Platform actually collects/uses this data.
5. Device Data – hardware model, operating system and version, IMEI/serial numbers, user profile information, IP addresses, browser types/versions, time zone settings, Wi-Fi and mobile networks.
   • SMS – SMSs containing transaction data (if applicable).
   • Location – location data recorded on your device (if enabled).
   • Contacts – contact information stored on your device (if permission granted).
   • Accounts – list of accounts logged in on your device (if permission granted).
6. Usage Data – information about how you use our Services.
7. Marketing & Communications Data – preferences in receiving marketing and communication preferences.

We may also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical data for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from personal data but is not considered personal data under applicable laws. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal data so that it can identify you, we treat it as personal data and use it in accordance with this Policy.

Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of the arrangement we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform our obligations or provide you access to certain features of the Services. We will notify you if this is the case at the time.

2. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED

We use different methods to collect and process data about you, including:

1. Information you give us – identity, contact, and marketing & communications data you provide when you register, use features, submit forms, correspond with us (email/chat), or report a problem. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
2. Information we collect automatically – device and usage data collected using cookies and similar technologies when you visit the Platform or use Services.
3. Information we receive from other sources – third parties and public sources such as analytics providers (e.g., Google, Facebook), advertising networks, search information providers, data brokers/aggregators/social networks, and publicly available sources.

3. AUTHENTICITY OF INFORMATION

1. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Platform is authentic.
2. You agree that information and personal data you provide are true, correct, and accurate. We shall not be liable for incorrect or false information you provide.
3. You may review and request correction/modification by writing to us or the Grievance Officer (see Section 12).

4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES

We will only use your personal data as the law allows. Most commonly, we use it to provide Services or comply with legal obligations.

When you consent to providing personal data, you also consent to us sharing such data with third parties where necessary for Services. By using Services, you authorise us, our associate partners, and affiliates to contact you via email, phone, or otherwise for service-related communications.

We may collect, compile, and share information pertaining to you (including correspondence such as emails/instructions) to provide Services. This may include storage providers, marketing partners, data analytics providers, consultants, lawyers, and auditors, as well as our subsidiaries/affiliates/holding companies.

We may disclose data without your consent when required by law, court order, or government authority. Such disclosure is made in good faith and belief that it is reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy/Terms or comply with applicable laws.

Purposes/Activities

1. To install the Platform and register you as a user.
2. To deliver Services and prepare statements for account maintenance (if applicable).
3. To manage our relationship with you, including notifying you of changes to Services.
4. To administer and protect our business and Services (troubleshooting, data analysis, testing).
5. To deliver content and advertisements (where permitted).
6. To recommend products, services, rewards, discounts or benefits.
7. To measure and analyse advertising effectiveness (surveys, contests, promotions).
8. To monitor trends and improve Services.
9. To perform obligations under arrangements with you.
10. To enforce arrangements/Terms with you.
11. For legitimate interests where your rights do not override those interests.

You authorise us to send electronic alerts/messages related to registration, service requirements, and advertising.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications using the unsubscribe option we offer.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

As part of your use of Services, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than India (subject to applicable laws), including where servers or service providers are located outside India. Those countries are subject to their respective data laws.

If you use Services while outside India, your information may be transferred to another country to provide Services, subject to applicable law. By submitting your data, you agree to such transfer, storage and/or processing.

6. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Services may contain links to third-party websites/services (“Third Party Services”). Such Third Party Services have their own privacy policies. We do not accept responsibility for their policies or for personal data collected by them. Please check their policies before use.

We may use third-party user experience improvement tools (including those provided by Google Inc. and/or affiliates) to better understand user behaviour. Your relationship with these third parties is independent of your relationship with us.

The place of processing depends on each provider. You may review each provider’s privacy policy to identify shared data and purpose. If you opt in to third-party communications, you are subject to their privacy policy.

We may share personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control (“Affiliates”), and require them to honour this Policy.

7. COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users, remember preferences, provide a better experience, and improve Services.

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. Cookies do not provide access to your device data such as email addresses unless you choose to provide them. Most browsers/devices can notify you when you receive a cookie or prevent cookies. If you prevent cookies, some features may be limited.

Third parties may place cookies on certain pages. We do not control third-party cookies. If you send correspondence to us (emails/letters) or if others send correspondence about your activities, we may store such information in a file specific to you.

8. DATA SECURITY

We implement security measures including encryption and firewalls to protect personal information from unauthorised access and in compliance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. However, no method guarantees absolute security, and you assume risks associated with disclosure arising due to breach of security measures.

Where you have a password for access to parts of Services, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Please do not share your password.

We will comply with applicable requirements in the event of a data or security risk.

9. DATA RETENTION

Your personal data may be stored and retained by us for a reasonable period after termination of your use of Services.

10. BUSINESS TRANSITIONS

In the event of a business transition (merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of assets), your personal data may be among the assets transferred.

11. CHANGE IN PRIVACY POLICY

1. We keep this Policy under review and may amend it from time to time at our sole discretion.
2. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. You may be required to read and accept changes to continue using Services.
