This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines Bhavishyat – Mystic Oracle Visions LLP®’s (“Bhavishyat – Mystic Oracle Visions LLP®”, “we”, or “us”) practices in relation to the storage, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data that you choose to share with us when you access our website Bhavishyat.Org (the “Platform”), or personal data that we may have access to in relation to your use of the Platform and access to our products and services (collectively, “Services”).

Capitalised words in this Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service (“Terms”), available at Terms of Service. Please read this Policy in consonance with the Terms.

This Policy together with any terms of the arrangement we have with you applies to your use of the Services.
1. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

- Accounts – list of accounts logged in on your device (if permission granted).

- Marketing & Communications Data – preferences in receiving marketing and communication preferences.
We may also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical data for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from personal data but is not considered personal data under applicable laws. We may use third-party user experience improvement tools (including those provided by Google Inc. and/or affiliates) to better understand user behaviour. Your relationship with these third parties is independent of your relationship with us.
The place of processing depends on each provider. You may review each provider’s privacy policy to identify shared data and purpose. If you opt in to third-party communications, you are subject to their privacy policy.
We may share personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control (“Affiliates”), and require them to honour this Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users, remember preferences, provide a better experience, and improve Services.

However, no method guarantees absolute security, and you assume risks associated with disclosure arising due to breach of security measures.
Where you have a password for access to parts of Services, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Please do not share your password.
We will comply with applicable requirements in the event of a data or security risk.
9. DATA RETENTION
Your personal data may be stored and retained by us for a reasonable period after termination of your use of Services.
10. BUSINESS TRANSITIONS
In the event of a business transition (merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of assets), your personal data may be among the assets transferred.
